DIY or Call Us?

There’s one thing an owner can safely check: the 12-volt transformer feeding the keypad. If it’s putting out less than 10.5 volts under load, the keypad will act dead even though the backlight still glows. That’s a $18 part at any hardware store, and it’s worth ruling out.

Everything else goes wrong in ways that waste money.
